Bo Peep – Terms & conditions for sale

Welcome to the Bo Peep website. By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the Bo Peep terms and conditions of use, which governs Bo Peep’s relationship with you in respect of this website and also the business relationship between Bo Peep and you the customer. By accepting our offer for any goods, our contract is set out below.

Definitions:

Customer – In this agreement you are the customer

Goods – means any goods we are offering for sale

Carrier – means any person or business we have contracted to carry goods from us to you.

Making a Purchase

We will accept your order by telephone, letter or via the website.

We supply direct online to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, Europe and Worldwide. The purchase price of the product includes VAT. A standard £4.49 package and posting fee is applied.

We currently take payments via Paypal.   You will receive an email confirmation via Paypal when you place your order through them. You will also receive an email from Bo Peep to confirm your order has been received. That is when the contract between you the customer and us the Seller is made.

From time to time we may offer the product online to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland inclusive of product, postage and packaging.

The prices advertised include VAT. There are no additional costs added at the checkout.

If we do not have the goods in stock, we will offer you alternatives or offer you a full refund. You may:

Cancel your order

If goods are damaged or a mistake was made by us you must inform us within seven days of receipt of the goods and the goods returned to us within 14 days.

If we owe you money we will credit your account as soon as is reasonably possible and within 30 days from the date of refund request.

If posting abroad please note that we have no knowledge of, responsibility of the laws, taxes, duties and import restrictions your country may have and cannot be held responsible for any restrictions or extra costs that may occur once we have dispatched them to you the customer.

Exchanges

If the incorrect product has been sent to you then you can notify us at enquiries@bopeepworld.com and we will organise the correct product to be sent to you once the original product has been returned to us. Please ensure that you also include your order number, full name and address as previously given to us on your initial order. We will refund you the cost of returning the product and send out the correct product and waive the postage and packaging fee. Any money owed to you the customer will be refunded within 30 days of the request.

Returns & Refunds

Bo Peep’s products are made to the highest standards and checked individually. However, sometimes errors can happen. If you are not happy with your product your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email at enquiries@bopeepworld.com and quoting the order number supplied to you stating the reason for return. Once we have received and checked the returned product your refund will be paid within 10 working days of receipt of the returned product. Good are returned at your own risk.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault for example, if goods are faulty.

Goods returned to us must be unused, in their original condition and packaging as new.

Upon receipt and inspection if we find the returned item damaged, altered in any way we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund.

Payment Security

We do not process or store any card details ourselves. All payments are via Paypal our payment service provider.

Delivery information

All orders received by 11.00am GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail on a standard first class delivery service.

We dispatch Monday to Friday inclusive. A delivery placed on Friday after 12noon for example will be dispatched on Monday.

However if you do require a Bo Peep product urgently, please contact us at info@bopeepworld.com and we will do our best to get it to you.

Multiple products to the same address will be packaged together.

We may make improvements or changes to our written material online or to any of the goods at any time without advance notice.
